QEP at TSU

Welcome to QEP at TSU

Overview

Ï㽶´«Ã½â€™s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is a multi-year initiative to enhance University business processes, student learning, and success. Titled "14 Plays in 45 Days: Addressing the Whole Student from Application to Graduation," this plan aims to provide comprehensive support in 14 critical areas, ensuring students thrive from the moment they apply to Ï㽶´«Ã½until they graduate and enter the workforce.

One critical area of support is the ability of an institution to support student health and wellness effectively. The American College Health Association (ACHA) recognizes institutions of higher learning as communities with multiple components, all of which significantly impact and are influenced by health (Travia et al., 2021).  Like any other community, college campuses are characterized by inter-relationships, collective identities, and interdependencies.  This means that every institution of higher learning must provide quality education and create strong, supportive environments that facilitate academic success.

TSU’s QEP Play 10 ensures students have knowledge of and access to University resources that address their personal, emotional, and social needs.
